There's no particular pattern..some got in few hours, some by end of day, some next day and some are still waiting.
Hope we all get it today

I am 22 Sept 2016 applicant and I did upfront medical on February 5, 2017 so I didn't get MR

My medical exam is expired on February 6, 2018 . Today my CIC online account changed from "Medical Passed" to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes"

Will IRCC extend my ME or I need to re-do ME again ??

My medical exam is expired on February 6, 2018 . Today my CIC online account changed from "Medical Passed" to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes"

Will IRCC extend my ME or I need to re-do ME again ??

As long as ur CIC account says medical passes I don’t think there’s any problem

I think nothing to worry but make sure by calling CIC

As far as I understand, probably they will ask you another medical exam. Maybe they can accept the existing one, but they removed the Medical Passed status, so looks like they will be asking another one. But let's hope not.

I also did upfront and my medical will be valid until August and I read that if don't get PPR before August they will ask me to do it again.

Dont be worry. I was at ur position. They extend my medical. I saw passed medical next day. Hope u will get passed tomorrow. But my lesson doing upfront in provincial nominee slow ur application
