Does anyone know if we're required to use a panel physician in our country of residence, or can we cross the border from the US and use a Canadian one?

Any idea how much maximum time do the parents have between getting the visa and landing? Is the visa valid for a certain period before they need to land?

they should arrived before Medical will be expired so visa is valid till that date.
My friend had just 2 weeks for landing and it was very stressful - the worst scenario.

Hi,

I applied for my parents in July 2017 and Then I got letter in mail from cic stating that I should send representative form and there was no time limit to send that. It was like optional to send or not. I contacted my representative and he did send the form. Then my status changed to in process since Jan 25 and today in mail I got letter again saying that I should send representative form and now there is time limit of month.

Now I am wondering why they keep asking for representative letter again and again. I gave them letter two times already.

Is it means my file is on hold till I send letter or anyone any idea as to what is happening.

But in anyways do you think that representative form is that important that they can put file on hold. I am so worried.

fax is fine.
Rep.form is important for them because if you have representative you can't link your application, just he can , plus all correspondence go to him , not you so I prefer to keep everything under my own control

Thank you! There is only one for the whole state of Washington, but if I cross the border into Canada there are dozens within an hour drive.

Good News:

My parents: Request for submission of passports in 8 months.

I received an email they have to go to Ankara or Istanbul within 30 days in person or through an authorized representative.
