We are also not sure what own risk medical is, but i think i will ask my wife to do the medical as soon as possible to avoid delays

Own risk medical means that they actually need the medical but they dont want to take responsibility of loss of money if interview is failed.
Means after interview they will ask you to provide medical result. It will cause delay. Thats why they are asking Medical at own risk. If you pass interview you give medical and your case will go fast without delay.
If failed the loss of money in medical is not on VO

Since Jan 20th, until today, no change in my GCKey Account. I am July 18th, 2017 Applicant. approx. 7 months now. no word from LVO.
It may be a good sign. Just pray and hope for the best from AlMighty Allah!

you must mention his full travel history. you cant leave gaps. You should have documented all his travel history either on a separate sheet. What I did is if there wasn't enough space, I printed the same form twice and on the first page, on the end of the column, state "continued on second page" and mention the remainder travel history. You may want to rectify this asap to avoid any delays.

Do i upload a new secdule A form or just send them in mail with my UCI number and application number?

I am july applicant and review of eligibility stuck since last 5 months. It gives us hope when we see other applications before us getting approvals so mean next is us but since last couple of weeks not much movements.. looks like all process is stopped now

never heard that they want to confirm from Sponsor how the sponsor going to bear the expenses of his / her wife/husband? I think for spousal sponsorship there is no criteria for a income?

There new form imm5533 checklist has this criteria now. Checklist of oct2017
