The charge will block any Citizenship processing until the court decision. If you are guilty,that will revoke your PR and toss you off to where ever you came from.
Sorry. 0 sympathy for anyone that is accused(and found guilty) in a sexual assault charge/ Rape. the way he worded it feels as if he is more worried about being kicked out of the country than the fact that someone was hurt by him. Guys we have reached 88% AOR and around 45% IP ..I am amazed to see December applicants are already 73% AOR. I had project for this week that we should be crossing 90% and 50% for AOR and IP respectively.
Both. Invitation letter can come by email or regular mail. ECAS only shows the date and time of the test, but not the location. Location is revealed in the letter and you need to take it with you to the test.
They post the test invite and test date on ECAS (that I know for sure) but I think you also receive a letter in the mail as well. Otherwise, I can't imagine how anyone would know where to go to take the test. But someone else who has taken the test might be better to ask... maybe ask in October thread.
