Hi guys! My lawyer just requested photos of me (Im the applicant being sponsored). And then she gave me a PDF about Permanent Residents Photograph Specifications.

Anyway, I'd like to know what this is for and which part of the process am I?

This means you are done! (Assuming CIC has actually requested the photos and your lawyer isn’t getting them from you pre Emptively. The photo will be used on your PR card. A few weeks after the photos are submitted to CIC they send you the document in the mail which you use to land.

No, for outland applications you only get called for an interview if there are doubts about the legitimacy of the relationship or the applicant is from a country with a high rate of marriage fraud

I got letter for pre-arrival services for my SA on Feb. 2nd. Application received on August 18. Last contact we had from IRCC was on October 25. Our office is Manila. Hopefully, not too much longer now.

Hello and thank you. Is it considered fast? I've heard otherwise. It seems like on the spreadsheets for users here that Manila is one of the slower ones, but who knows. What is your VO?

Mine in Singapore VO and after passing the medical at 07-01-2018 nothing after that, it might take 2-3 months more I guess.

Hi guys,
I rushed and sent off my photocopy of my passport, and have just realised it asks for the ammendment pages also.
If your ammendment pages are empty do you still need to send a copy in?
Has anyone sent just the photo page of their passport and still recieced COPR??
