Hey everyone, my status says decision made but I haven’t received a PPR email as yet. I called CIC, the agent I spoke with wasn’t very nice. I also sent an IRCC web enquiry. Any tips on what else I can do in such a situation? Or if anyone is in the same boat as me?

true! i feel the same, been in this trap from last three years.
first it took me 16 months for PNP and 18+ for federal!.
