Anyone their who got visa in jan?

I just wana to know if they got original documents with visa or not?

Nd if no then after hoe many days cic sent back original documents.

Last year 2017 in jan I had done our medical and all Pcc as well sent to cic now we have recieved medical request from cic after that what is next step .

there are some options but the best they can do send you pre-arrival letter and after redo medical you will get PPR

Hi

IT's usually on the first page under application status or something. But that date hardly means anything or tells you anything. I think its juts a reminder for someone to look at the file by that date.

In any case, if your medicals are expiring and notes suggest they may request new ones, they most likely will. I just adds a bit of extra time (and cost) to the overall process but hopefully thats the only pending thing.

Do you hv siblings wid you?? Did you send original documents to new delhi? Nd they sent back original certificate with passport??

Bcz they didn't send back our documents nd how we can book tickets Bcz in visa letter they clearly mentioned that u should hv original documents with u at the time of arrival

My Parents got visa in Jan.
And CIC never ask for original documents except passport unless it really require.
So I did not submitted any originals for my parents.
And if you have sent any originals without CIC asked you, then I am sorry, you have to contact them and chances are very slim that you received them back.

Our original document with them from 2013 nd that time cic asked to submit original educational documents of dependents , birth certificate nd marriage certificate of parents. Nd now cic send email for submission of passport in January. After visa stamp they sent back only passport but original documents still not received

Then your best bet will be call or send email to CIC regarding that. Hopefully they send back to you.

ITS GOOD and nothing to do. you are close to PPR. then they can ask you to redo medical. when is yours expired?

Thanks. They haven`t asked for medicals yet. Is it a ploy just to raise your appetite but then do nothing on their end?

it takes 1 week b/w letter and remedical request. But not sure how its working with 2011 applicants . When did you do IME?

next - background check and PPR after. link you case to My CIC and you will see more information.
when - good question but you should get PPR close to medical expired date/1 year/

Parents medical have sent 2 time and depend medical sent 3 time . The 2cond and depend 3ird medical done feb 2018 .all Pcc and all document had sent to cic last year 2017 in jan .but this time I got just medical request not any more documents.can u anyone plz tell me what is the next step.in dec2017 cic has given the answer of MPs letter security check and criminal record have not been initiated.plz anyone tell me what the next step .
