I was wondering if there is someone who has experience with France, specially about the timeline of those steps? Very appreciated

Are you inland applicant ?
Your application pass the 14 month as of 18 January : Did you call them ? If you are inland you can call 1-888-242-2100 and ask the telecenter agent to send a message to the agent who are working on your application.
If you are not an inland applicant : Did you send them a formulaire web ? You can send a formulaire web to tell them that your application deadline is over .

I got my final GCMS note,I just wanted to know what the immigration officer wrote the final conclusion.elegibilty: passed criminality: passed medical : passed background check: passed security:empty. I checked a lot of forum,it shows that not every one need security check, they just choose a few people to do security check, less than 20% if they think after background check for everyone, they need deep dig more information and then they send to Canada security department to do deep security check.for exemple graduated from languages school !military or police officer or nuclear background, travel to a lot of countries.it's possible to do security check.
