Do you have an extensive travel history? I thought maybe my file is held up for that reason - I submitted 3 pages of travel history X( and I assume security checks may take time on that.
Hi everyone, hoping you can help me make sense of a message I received from CIC. It's left me slightly confused.
I am a PR applicant based in London. I submitted my PR application online in Nov 2017.
I submitted a CSEnquiry a few weeks ago regarding my application. The response I received mentioned: "Since your file is located at the Canadian visa office in London, we invite you to contact them too in order to..."
My application was made entirely online through Express Entry, and then invitation to apply. I haven't had any contact with a London visa office, so I am not sure how my file is now located there. What does this mean? Which specific London office should I contact to check? I submitted another enquiry to CIC to clarify this but I only received a generic response back, no further information was provided.
If anyone can help explain this I would be most grateful.
