Contact CIC via phone and check with the call center rep about your file.
I did call them but got no information about my file . The only thing they told me to just wait.!..

If you are talking about primary applicant has 'decision made' it depends on your local office. You are now waiting on them to send you an appointment date to land.
Yes I am a applicant and my wife is sponser.!! Both of our decisions has been made
