Hi everyone, I am studying master degree in Quebec and planning to apply csq through qsw. Just wondering if the 5000 quota application applies to me or no?

Hi , applications within Canada do not count towards the quota. You can apply at any moment you dont have to wait until new admissions are open.

Thank you!! Just wondering if I could apply before I graduated from my master degree in order to claim the education points for master?

My understanding is that the points are calculated at the moment you apply. But for example. in my case I was doing a diploma when I applied. Now they are asking me for papers to proof that I finished the diploma and maybe they would add those points.
