on the said date 99.9% of the times the ECA is ready.

unluckily my expected date of completion was 26th. But havent received any update from them yet. Status is still: We are reviewing your evaluation report.

I have paid wes fees .

but my university is not providing transcripts.but i have my whole 4 years pharmacy marksheets,degree certificate and provisional degree certificate with me is this enough for wes ?
Or they need transcript for must ?

Transcripts, if requested by WES are a must. There must be a way to obtain them from your university.

My Timelines -

21st December 2017 - Documents received and under review -
10th January 2018 - Documents accepted and "we are reviewing your evaluation report" -
- Your evaluation is due for completion on 30th January 2018
27th January 2018 - We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents

My status has gone 1 step back. Is this normal or do I need to worry?
Anyone has idea on this scenario?

Transcripts, if requested by WES are a must. There must be a way to obtain them from your university.

I contacted with my agency i told them all the issues they said the marklists are fine. Send them with degree certificate .

I would take WES's word over your agency any day. If WES says transcripts are required then they are required. You can check for yourselves on the WES website

Anyway i donno what to do.
iam not wasting my time worrying over a thing that would never gonna happen.
iam going to do wes with all the marksheets and degree certificate i've got .

WES Canada needsntranscript for sure. There will be someway that a university provides transcripts. All universities do it then what’s the issue with your university? Which university is that though.

It is kerala university of health sciences .

It started in2010 and i joined in the same year.

If it has required permissions from central authorities they should also have a procedure for issuing transcripts. Please bug them to get things done. I think CMM and OD photocopies attested by controller of examination in a sealed envelope should be enough.
