I strongly advise against sending another application. That will complicate things for you definitely as what happened to others.
It was your choice to send with regular mail and that was a mistake, so now all you need to do is wait. Don't do any foolish mistakes out of lack of patience.

I applied in November and have not yet received an AOR or any other update. I've been trying to call CIC but I can't get to any agents because of higher call volumes. Any other way I can contact CIC for an update on my application?

i am not here to spread panic. was just concern that Canada post might have lost my file or what ? that's why asked opinion to send another file ...

Hey guys,

I am wondering when should I be able to access ECAS? Is it after AOR or is it after IP?

I thought it was after receiving the AOR but it has been a day since and I am still not able to access it.
Not that I am overly anxious about it but I am just curious.

Few days after AOR.
But you can access it anyways. no information will be shown, though - when it comes to your application status.
Did you try to log in using your UCI?

Looks like Vancouver is processing Dec 18-20th AORs. Gives me hope that they'll open my file soon (AOR Dec 22nd)
