Cic toll free also have medical status related info? What is the number?

I received a medical request on January 5 and I have done medical on January 10. It has been updated as passed now. But my background status still says NA. Anyone knows how much time it will take from here to get PPR?

12/2016-application received on IRCC
1/8/18-MR req
1/15/18-med done
1/24/18-med results has been received (ECAs)
Waiting for few months on PPR

Submission : Dec 28 - 2016
AOR: Feb 12, 2017
Medical request: Jan 8, 2018
Medical passed : Jan 24, 2018

NOTE: if you did medical and did not show passed in a WEEK. go back to the clinic and ask them if they submit it,...also ask for submission confirmation to be sent to you by email.

I finished blood and urine test last Thursday (Last part) I guess the clinic submitted early this week? Maybe yesterday.

Everything on the same day? I did my medicals on 13th. Everything on same day.

No, 13th for the general test, 15th for x-ray, then 18th for blood and urine.
