I just created my Express Entry profile few hours ago, I am hoping for an ITA tomorrow. I understand that it could take some time for the profile to go live, but I see in my profile that I am in the pool and will be notified if I am invited. Seems to be quick in updating! !!

I did not create it "in order to get NOI." I got an ITA in November, 2017. I had to decline it as I had used wrong NOC for my job and got more points which I shouldn't have. I had no other option other than to create a new profile as it also expired few weeks ago.

ok I received NOI yesterday, I studied and currently working in Ontario. So nothing else makes sense to me other than connection to Ontario.

Guys, I have a question. My CRS score is 441 and my profile was created on 01-Nov-2017. I haven't received OINP NOI yet. Would I get one if I recreate my profile?. Thank you.

I mean it would prevent some ghost profiles and random/wrong ones that are declining ITA's anyways. All of it just delays the drop in CRS score and generates more work for officers. Just a thought.

I would prefer a "cooldown" timer for those who declined their ITA. Let's say a 60 days cooldown to be eligible again to participate a draw

I think they can make a new profile with a new gc key anyways
