if yes - it's a system glitch.
if not, wait for an email. If you don't get this email in the next few days, email the office where your file is and ask them to tell you what documents are needed. If you want email addresses - search through this thread, you will find them.

We did not order notes recently. Yes we are waiting for their email and will contact to MP for inquiry.

when you sent them documentation you should have requested them to confirm receipt vis PA's email. You could email them include the package tracking# with your App and UCI #s and let them know you sent them proof of visit/communication etc whatever it is you are sending along.

Salam, i just visit Pakistan and i would like to advice LVO about my this visit and some tour pics, can anyone please suggest me do i have to mail them all this or email and attach. my file is in LVO. Shukran.

Hi,
Basically your options are:
1) Webform (look at cic website for webform inquiry)
2) Email LVO.
3) Mail a package in to London office

If you choose 1 and 2 then remember that your file size should not be more than 4mb. There are ways to further compress PDFs and you can convert initially as low res. In your your document make sure to include:

1) A statement of what the contents of the package are, your file and uci numbers, details about your trip etc
2) Flight itinerary
3) any exit entry stamps or visa on passport
4) copy of boarding passes
5) pictures from trip with you and your spouse AND also other family members and friends
6) any receipts of shopping/money exchanges etc
7) if you have room after this I would even include communication proof since the submission of your application (not a lot just a screen shot or two from every medium you use for every month since application submission)

Actually my background checks were in-process since Oct 2016. And in Mycic account status was "We are processing your background checks, we will inform you when it changes". Before 20 days status changed to "Not applicable" and Yesterday it changed again to "we are processing your background checks...........".
I'm confused what is happening with my application. I'm April 2016 applicant through ABu Dhabi visa office.

is there an Abu Dhabi thread you can ask in also to see if it happened to anyone else? CIC struggles with Tech issues a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a system glitch. Nonetheless, since you are now 21 months in (18 months was the old processing timeline), you should get an update on your file via your sponsors MP and also order GCMS notes for more details on your file. MP will be faster but I would recommend doing both things.

Yes there is a forum but all of them are silent readers and they just congrats each other whenever someone receives PPR. They rarely reply on a query.
Yes I already ordered GCMS notes and on Monday we will ask MP for inquiry.
