Typically sent when your name and/or biographical profile hits in the RCMP/IRCC database, they need your fingerprints to make sure it's not you. Nothing to worry about, it's very common.

You do not have to do anything, this email means you got the AOR which mean they have received your application, they did not review it yet. After they review your applucatiin and supporting document, they will send the application to the responsible office then status change to IP

I don’t know answer to your question, but I request you to keep the group updated on the progress of your case as I always wondered how out-of-Canada Citizenship application is handled.
I myself was thinking of moving out temporarily and applying from out of Canada but then thought it might complicate the process.
