Hello,

Can someone give me hint on how to get to speak with an agent on 1888-242-2100 phone number? Every time i call, it will not connect me to an agent, rather it will tell me that they are experiencing high volume than usual. Any tip will be much appreciated.

call them right after they are open, and try select other option to connect an agent

I cannot access my gc key as I have a representative who has access to it. I just use the 1800 and follow voice prompts. Will update soon. Thank you

i called last night too, it said medical were successful, and this morning online said received.
I also have a representative and i can't log MYCIC either

do you know how many background checks they do? I thought they did background check about my jobs etc. before issuing medical, so what do they check in another background check after medical?

I think 2 background checks they do first one is from your home country then after medical they check canada one

The one before medical is really criminality check based on your PCCs and the one after medical is cleared is actually security clearance containing global verification
