looks like we applied on the same day. but i already got the med request last year. it came with the Sched A request and police cert request

1. is a joint bank account absolutely necessary? I have sent my wife two-three wire transfers via Western Union after our ceremony in December.
2. can our whatsapp and facebook chats be in Urdu-English or do they have to be translated
3. Also, I have printed out about 25 pics for the application. What do I have to write at the back of them?

If she is not in canada how a joint bank account is possible? Keep supporting her financially. if you are working try to add her in your work benefits like dental / medical care. Make her as your beneficiary
All conversations must be in English, if not then you need to arrange a certified translator who can translate it in english and certify it.
Label all the pics with the name of people in these pics , place where these pics are taken and date etc.

I went to a Bank there with my wife and opened a joint account with her. But they are having problems setting up online banking so I don't have any solid statements or pdf files stating that we have an open account. I do have proof of Western Union money transfers

Yes right but when I requested them they provided all backup copies of applications and forms but letters were not available and they said we didn’t proceeded proceeding as divorces already done on 25/11 and application receipt on 12/4 so there were no mean abt reconciliation it’s already effected, so now I don’t have any option can any one have what of letter they issue for notice so that i see and find a way if possible else what I should I do plz suggest

They asked me the same and i had only uc certificate. Go to your UC , they have everything with them , they will help you .. i recently did the same . They might say they cant but keep insisting ( they might even ask you for money) but sadly this is the only way

i have already sent them my spouse police report with the documents. i have also received the email yesterday that my file has been transfered to LVO.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue as mine.
I have send my application on the 1st week of November and due to it being incomplete it was sent back to me on the 2nd January.
Although it has been sent back I still have not received it and today it is the 18th of January.

I have called them and requested the information about my application but have not received any details. I have contacted the Canada post they don’t have any detail. I have confirmed that all the details that the package was sent back were correct. My address name etc everything was correct.

Can anyone confirm there timeline of return and what I could do in this case? Thank you.
