I just got an update on my ECAS: "4. We sent you correspondence on January 15, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."
May I know what is that mean ??

they need additional documents from you to send. if you didn't get the letter you need to contact them

How the CIC to notify the applicant from IP to Test Invite? By letter/ e-mail?

sometimes by email, and sometime by mail. it depends.

in both cases you should bring with you invitation letter to the exam, if it was by email you need to print it

Hi Team: I would like to know the processing method for Citizenship application. My understanding is:
1.Application is received at CPC-Sydney
2. AOR is issued from CPC Sydney
3. IN PROCESS-IP will be done from CPC and the actual information will be shared with local IRCC Office
4. Incase PPQ is initiated, it will be from local office
5. After PPQ information receipt, the local office will invite for the Test.
Please comment if anything incorrect. Thanks

Hi Team: Our stage is IP and today I called IRCC Customer care to check the update. She told the file is in transit from Sydney to local office Mississauga, The application is complete. What does this mean? Can I expect invitation for test soon? Thanks

If you're file hasn't transitted to the local office yet, that means background, criminality, eligibility checks haven't started yet. Test date will take time.
