Just got PPR July 25, 2016 MB PNP!!! My status on Ecas still says In Process and my BG Check says in Progress but I received an email for PR Application saying Ready for Visa etc. Hopefully remaining July get there's this week or next.

September 12th applicant here. Don't worry, this is a normal situation. My MyCIC shows exactly what you mentioned.
