Is it normal that i still cant see my application status online?

I am getting this message

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

• Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
• This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
  Application Processing Times"

I know i should give it some time, but just wanna make sure it is normal at this stage

I sent my application on Nov 3rd but still not received AOR what could be the reason to this long? Is it by area or first come first basis?

Question: My application package was delivered however I have not received the AOR .. I tried to check the status online but they couldn't find anything with my UCI nor receipt number. Do I just wait for an AOR to be mailed?

Yes, hang in there. You will get AOR eventually, as long as your application is complete. ECAS won't show anything till you get it.

AOR is sent via email, if you provided one on the application form. If not, then via regular mail.
