November 2017 - Citizenship Applicants

Anyone knows in what circumstance does CIC return application and how long does that take? My application was received on Nov 03 but have not seen any correspondence from them, I am thinking they will perhaps return the application for some reason that is not known to me yet (some forms not filled correctly) Or may be I will get AOR. Just seeking feedback, not worrying about too much. Since even though, they send it back, I can always re apply.

i don't know when the processing started. I still do not know how to track it. I went to the cic tracking page, and entered the UCI number but it says cannot find applicant. So I gave up on that. and now I got an email.

So unless you have an answer, I would just put the processing date and test interview received date as the same date; ie. 1/10

@seanjoe - Can you please confirm if you received test invitation email on January 11?

I don’t know how CIC is working because they started working on the new files but forget about the old ones...they are not consistent in working files...or maybe officer who suppose to work on our files is sick

Files don’t go to IP 1 day after AOR, unless urgent Processing requested....
