Maybe Calgary, but Edmonton doesnt have a single IP so far for November.
Edmonton's October IPs are very slow to go to test invite. So, maybe Sydney guys dont want to send November files to Edmonton because they are already so slow on October ones.

The company has closed its retail salea now and i even dont know where are the managers of that time...what information should i put in the section 11 where we have to put the details of our activity during the eligibility period like name of contact person, phone number and email address

I suggest you mention the contact info of manager you were reporting to, even if he/she is not in the same organization anymore or if you know any HR contact point who can verify that you were an employee of their organization that will do too. Good luck with your App.
Unfortunately, no... the AOR indicates that they have finally input your details into ECAS system. Otherwise, your package is still sitting on someone's desk (or under their desk as some other forum member comically pointed out).
