Hello, I have question, today I receive a requst from CIC to resend Schedule A declaration and pay for RPRF, I was read again my schedule A today and I find a mistake at the question 6 I was mark No, but was refused one time before I was come in Canada for a temporary work permit and was reaply and accepted,
It’s someone on the forum with the same problem?

Yeah . I think you will be fine if they just requested schdeule a again and didn't send you a fairness letter
Just say yes and add LOE with it .

Honestly i cant tell you which form to send because my consultant did that .
And im done with medical in Nov 2017
And waiting for my security part .

I don’t want to make you worried but, let you share that this is a serious matter, you guys need to fill it again without any mistake and need to apologize and explain with a letter, and hope it will Help in your case...
if immigration officer raises the same question again, I suggest take an advice from an immigration lawyer for that matter to deal with officer.... One of my friend got refusal for the same thing.... hope will help ... good luck... thank you...
