in the first section of the gckey (after you have gone through all the security pages), there is a place where you can enter an email address. It should have your (PA) email address, as it's easier to keep track of who is getting which emails. For me (sponsor), I made my hubbys account and have access to his gmail as well .. so i know what emails he is getting. Just make sure that gckey has your email address, not your wife's .. theek ??

Hi Ayesha, its been almost 4 months to link my application with GcKey but no monthly update about whats going on with my case.

Ecas says in process; the phone call was from lvo and they said they will email us the landing papers as the decision has been made and everything is clear, but no email yet

Yeh lets see back at it again. I was hopeful that I wont need to go through it again but khayr!! any suggestions on resending application would be great like should I send any additional documentation other than what they have asked.
I will add some new details as well to the file like me visiting in Dec etc.. but should I send police report along with it too>?

Never heard that LVO making phone calls about Decision Made. They normally update ECAS/GCKey and send email.

This is really unusual. Landing papers are never emailed. Even applicants from Visa exempt countries receive the copr paper in postal mail. Applicants with Pakistani passport get a passport request email and they have to get their passport stamped with immigrant visa. They get copr with the stamped passport from the embassy.

I doubt it was really the London Visa Office. Did the caller ask u for money or ask u any questions? I think the sponsor should contact the MP in this case to confirm whether it really was the London Visa Office and what happens next.

Yes. They might even call u for interview and ask you all sorts of questions to evaluate whether the marriage is genuine or you got married to get entry into Canada.

I just saw that you sponsored your husband in June 2016 and you are living with him in Pakistan. In this case most likely you will get a passport request in email and will have to submit the original passport to get immigrant visa and landing papers.

We just received a call yesterday from lvo that everything is clear and as the medicial is expiring so the landing is to be made before 28th Feb.. so waiting for the email.

1) I have only the upfront medical date mentioned here which is 08-Mar-2016. Please tell me when did he receive the re-medical request and when did he get his re medical done?
2) Im assuming u must have received additional document requests during this long process. Can u please give the date of the request(s) and what documents were requested.
3) Do you guys have a gckey account. Do you know when his background checks started?

We received a re-medical request last year in February. The re-medical was done on 15-Feb-2017

No addiontional documents request.

We are processing our case through Consultant so dont have a gckey account.
