Just got off the phone call with CIC according to them my application has been returned (Still have not received it) Is there a Zip file anyone knows that I can download all the latest and updated forms? Kindly let me know Thanks!

Really sorry to hear that. CPC-M must have tell you on the phone why your file has been returned as they can see the letter CPC-M sent it to you along with your whole file package. When you receive your file back, a detailed letter will explain why you application is returned to you.

Pre-arrival letter usually comes before the final decision and after they start checking your background. Once the back ground check is done, they send you the PPR and your ECAS status changes to "Decision Made".

gckey na b ho tu woh email kartey hain communication agar email diya ho file mein tu. I really dont know k letter kion bheja post mein

mujhe kabhi bhi email nahi aata han meri wife jo ke sponsor hai ausko email ata hai, mujhe har bar mail hi aati hai, jo ke buhat dair mein muje milti hai.. shahid mera email address unhone update nahi kara hoga.

in the first section of the gckey (after you have gone through all the security pages), there is a place where you can enter an email address. It should have your (PA) email address, as it's easier to keep track of who is getting which emails. For me (sponsor), I made my hubbys account and have access to his gmail as well .. so i know what emails he is getting. Just make sure that gckey has your email address, not your wife's .. theek ??

Hanjii meine tick kara hua hai ke muje monthly updates bejhein meri application ki magar ek month se ziada hogaya koi email hi nahi aya GCkey se, khair meine abhi apna dusra gmail type kar ke update kardiya hai.pahle outlook ka tha ab gmail ka kardiya hai.. b-)

Eligibility doesn't change. The rest changes over time.

Yeh lets see back at it again. I was hopeful that I wont need to go through it again but khayr!! any suggestions on resending application would be great like should I send any additional documentation other than what they have asked.
I will add some new details as well to the file like me visiting in Dec etc.. but should I send police report along with it too>?
