It seems, as I suspected, that CIC wants to keep the cut-off high. That's really sad.

It seems that they want to keep the score at 440+ level to encourage applicants to opt for PNP once they start their streams.

Considering the 3-week interval, it's not THAT bad that the score stayed the same. But they need to pick up the pace from now on.

I don´t understand how they can keep a 2,750 number if they have to send more invites this year than last year, any ideas?

correct. Not a disappointing score. A back to back draw wud pull it down reasonably

Considering the new targets for 2018, is it fair to say that 2750 ITAs per draw is not going to be sustainable ?
