The IRCC central that conducted the landing interview was Manitoba IRCC. After the landing interview I linked my PR card application to my MyCIC account so that I was able to check it frequently. On January 5th I noticed the update in my account and realized that the PR card application was approved. I hope these details help you and others. Best.
