Guys need advice I am down at 426 with my wife’s eca we can get to 434. But I was waiting fir the draw on 3rd jan hoping that the score would go down eventually and we would get ITA in feb . The eca also takes around a month .
Meanwhile I guess spending 1500 $ for OINP is not that good of a decision when you are 430+ . It’s just a waiting game .
Any idea what might be the average number of applicants that are getting entered into the pool daily with a CRS score above 430 considering normal month with regular IELTS results getting published twice a month?
The number should be lesser in January due to there being no IELTS results coming out till the 20th but in February it should be back to normal. However, lets pray we can have at least 10000 ITA's issued in January with 3 draws at least.

Thanks for the answer. Can you pls suggest how the tie breaking rules date fixation is done? I have seen sometimes the application submitting deadline for a cutoff to make an inclusion into the tie breaker is only 14 days and sometimes it is around 28 days.

Firstly, it only affects the people who are bang on the CRS score . For example - if the CRS Cutoff for Jan 31st draw is 435 it would only affect the people who are on the score of 435 not to those who are on 436 & above . Secondly , lets say the no of ITA's issued on 31st Jan draw 3500 & the number of people above the score of 435 ( 436 & beyond ) is 3400 then the tie breaker rule will apply to the 1st 100 people ( 3500 minus 3400 ) who filed their applications 1st . So if you have an older profile , you stand to gain on the tie breaker rule . Tie breaker rule having 14 or 28 days or 2 months period is of no importance because the date is decided for tie breaker rule based on how many people ( skew ) are there on each point . Typically anyone who has been between 430-436 would see a much earlier date for tie breaker rule since 436 has not been breached for a long time hence chances of more number of people on each point would be higher .
