As much as this forum provides valuable pieces of information about processing issues, it also has its downsides undoubtedly.
Many applicants are comparing other applicants situations and based on that they are having their conclusions. In order to seat and wait for their AOR they are rushing to reapply, they are panicking like it is the end of the world. Actually, maybe it is for them. And anticipate that impact on CIC officers, when they see multiple applications?! I have no more comments, cause I am seeing people are constantly, asking, should I reapply, should I call them. Hang on the phone night and day if that will make you feel better. That is why they can not be reached never ( CIC I mean ).
However, I am talking for nothing I know. From my perspective, this long process we are making even longer. Anyways it is how it is.

That was fast. I got my AOR at 4:31pm yesterday and I'm now able to access ECAS at 10:36am today.
I tried up to 8:00am this morning and wasn't able to get on, so it seems like an 18 hour wait before access.
We have applied for Citizenship as a family of 6 on 2nd November 2017 and it was received on 6th November 2017. The main applicant (age 56) and two minors (age 11 and 16) have received their AOR via email (on the email address of main applicant). The other 3 applicants age 45, 27 and 24 have not received AOR as of now. I was wondering that since we applied as a family shouldn't we be getting AOR together ? Should I be worried for the 3 applicants whose AOR has not yet been received ? Need help please. Thanks
received AOR today Jan 03 for both myself and my wife. application was returned on Nov 6 or 7 (i dont really remember the exact date) and delivered again on Nov 14.
I know of one entry on the sheet from September, user 'SJF14' is test exempt, but still needs to attend their appointment for an interview for ID and physical presence verification. Row 28 on the sheet currently.

When I went for my citizenship exam last year, Ive noticed that senior applicants were invited for a quick interview. They were asked to meet with the officer first, as we took the exam. I am just not sure what the next process was after that.
