hmm... I was under impression it is valid for 3 months but now cannot find where I found it - so maybe I was wrong. But if they receive your application 3 months after you signed it - it will be returned.

Yes they do return the whole package. They returned mine 2 weeks ago with a statement that mine and my wife package is complete and in order. However, my child's app is incomplete as I need to attach one more doc. So I include that doc and resent the whole package.
