I think u need to tell cic what is ur situation then they will instruct u where to submit passports according to ur residency

For me, there was no restriction. I applied for Pr under the pnp masters stream. Just want to know if anyone went back and still got the PPR.

You can iapply open permit as soon as possible

Don’t know what cic officers doing !! 18 months completed. June 27 2016 applicant ..my friend called me today he got ppr 3.5 half month in EE..

Passport received by Ottawa on December 15. There is no update on MyCic. Still application in process.. When should I expect to get my passport back?
