What time can I call IRCC agents without long waiting time or no waiting time.
If you are in the following Provinces:
Alberta,NWT call at 5am
Manitoba and Saskatchewan call at 6am
BC,Yukon call at 4am
Halifax,PEI, & New Brunswick call at 8am
Ontario,Quebec Call at 7am
NewFoundland call at 8:30am

I would wait until the end of January and then call if you have not heard anything, Others who have called have been given the same useless information that it is lost and to send a duplicate application. The applications are sitting in a pile waiting to be processed. Everyone should have expected a longer than average processing time if they applied in October. Sure there will be delay in processing for many months.

Don't need to renew your PR card, unless you're traveling outside Canada. You can take oath with an expired card.

I got my AOR today. Please update the spreadsheet. Thanks Stef for the suggestion regarding sending the webform. I sent the webform on Sunday explaining my issue with the application and received this AOR today morning. Now, not sure if this is because of the webform or just a coincidence that it came today morning, but I'd like to believe it was the webform

You'd only see an additional line on ECAS saying they started processing your application on xxxx date.

A new line will appear in ECAS stating the date they started processing your application, but you won't get an email.
