IMO, Calling them isn't going to help much, if at all. They'll parrot the same non-sense response they have been for the last two months. "Application lost", " reapply" seem to be the winners in their limited vocabulary.
I have received my AOR on Nov 24th and application status was changed to 'in process' on Dec 5th. After a week I received mail asking additional evidence like physical presence questionnaire, fingerprint, reference, consent form and a long document list. My question is do you happened to know any other forum member who has received similar mail? If so I would like to know their experience and any tips that can save my time and efforts.
