Yes, I did. And today I've got a refusal from SINP. My application was determined as ineligible due to NOC mismatch and additionally according to their assessment my working experience does not match post secondary education.

For the generic application form, what will be the response for question 2 that says category under which you are applying.... Provincial nominee or skilled worker?
For question 11, my Spouse won't be accompanying me, hence relocating at the moment..will he be expected to go through medicals and security checks

Yes. But this time medical and security checks are not necessary. These are a post nomination formalities.

They took around 4-5 days to issue PF balance certificate after application.
