Little observation,

LVO is running slower this year than 2016.

in 2016 they had touched even July applicant for DM, while this year in 2017 still stuck on May-17 applicants.

They are trying to finish all the applications filed under old policy, where applications takes 2 to 3 years,
From 2017 they are following new policy of 12 months for an application.

London is slower because of the number of countries on it, plus the cases of Pakistan, India, philippines and all other are complicated sometime and all of them are considered as Potential fake marriages. which they caught many times. thats why their screening is tough.

You really need to contact your MP it does not make any sense most of the people from Feb already got their visas and you are still waiting for medical request. Get in touch with mp asap.

Yes I guess I have to do this my MP is also slower than anything but anyways when the office opens which is I guess January 2 2017

Its 4 to 6 months wait time once the case is transferred to LVO

My case got transferred to LVO on 20th oct 17 and its been 2 months since then. How much more do i have to wait ? Ecas in process on 20th oct 17

Processing time is 7-9 months since app was received in Missisuaga so calculate accordingly.

My Case/File Transferred to LVO on Sept 18th, more than 3 months but no word from LVO. Average processing time for a straight forward case is 6 to 9 months. Otherwise it could be more than that.

The problem is we dont know what is the definition of Straight Forward Case with London office.
other VOs are doing things in Snaps, I dont know when will they start the London Pilot project, i heard it is based on some transparent criteria to speed up cases.

straight foward cases may be where all forms filled correctly, no information missing, and they believe that marriage is genuine and BGC comes back to LVO in short span of time without any red flag.?

what is your opinion about requesting GCMS Notes :

First time to request after the application transfer to LVO, to know what are the comments from Mississauga Officers on application for LVO.?
2nd time after 2 or 3 months of application transfer to LVO, to know what are the Visa Officer`s comments on application so far. ?

Because the visa officer review application in first couple of months and then they call for more documents, or Interview or if they are satisfied then they go for Background Check .
