My wife just had a baby and our PR application just got approved... waiting for pick up mail.
The application doesn't cover our newborn because our PPR came when my wife was still pregnant.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How do we proceed to include our newborn?

Congrats on your new baby and approval ... You need to send a message to AVO letting them know that you've an addition to your family few days/weeks ago

I got PUM on Monday and got passport today Friday so it's 4 days though DHL Accra picked it up on Wednesday.

What I actually meant is how many days did your passport stay @ Accra VO for processing? From day it was received till date PUM was sent?

It stayed for 35days and that was because I sent Schedule A IMM5699 form a week after my passport got to AVO.
