Wanted to share my good news with you guys. I got my ITA yesterday.
We started the whole process in September and submitted the application on December 6.

I have my been following the Ray of Hope Threads since draw#71 and the support and motiviation that is offered here is awesome. Thank you guys!

You will get an email with the details of rejection.
Once you go through that and if the rejection is on the basis of completeness then surely you can re enter the pool with the required docs. You will be refunded with the fee within 6 weeks.

Once it was -42 in Quebec city, it was in 2011 and I was outside with no info about that, then I got cold unfortunately.

I was in Doha last week at 16•C and it felt cold but manageable..feeling bit consolation that I could probably handle BC without much trouble I checked & found it was -3•C there :O
and -42 it is surely going to be fun....

Dear All,
I am in a great dilemma with respect to my NOC. My duties go with noc 6222.

I did chose my NOC as per my responsibilities, however, CIC didn't mention about whether we are allowed to produce the product in our facility after buying the raw materials from the supplier or not before reselling it. They just mentioned very generally about us buying the product and then reselling it. In this situation, do you think I will be okay if I tweak my reference letter duties as per CIC NOC or I should change my NOC?

6222 is when you are buying for the resell for your customers (B to C relations are more common here). NOC 1225 is when you are buying for your internal production or intercompany exchange (internal customers or B to B customers but no B to C customers)
6222 works more with a general demand (new products for the frozen food section) while 1225 works more with production demands (for example new type of packaging).

Hi Benson, did you check the pdf file in your message. I' sure there will be a reason mentioned like incomplete pcc or something. Please check. I got rejected on Oct 30. It was because of incomplete PCC for my spouse . Created a new profile again and waiting for ITA now.

I am expecting CIC to increase the ITAs issued to 3250 or 3750 from Jan onwards. Fingers crossed!

Really hope that happens as i am sitting at 428
