Yes, you can email them directly at delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. They take about 3 weeks to respond back. Their reply is very generic. They do not give out any specific information. There is no harm in giving it a try.

i didn't get the DM yet, i am still waiting for my BGC to start.
thats why i said, i am not even hoping 2 get DM this yr, let alone PPR.
lets just hope i am wrong and get the DM & PPR b4 the end of the yr b4 NDVO closes for the Chrismas holidays.

but do u think rest of the day anyone is going to work even if they come 2 work???
my money is on the fact that half of them will be on vacation and rest even if they come will be there to have fun not to work.

Hii did u got dm some march applicant got dm today whose bcg started in october and november..hope u r also lucky to get dm.

Finally march 20 applicant/may 8th aor2/nov 28 BGC in process/ DM on dec 19th....
Looks like march next 1-2 weeks can expect all getting DMs..
hopefully PPRs soon too...
