Quick one, about to dive into the pool at 441, just a quick question. My Bachelor degree is in engineering, not just engineering but a (Bachelor of Engineering). My issue is all my four years experience in two companies are in NOC 1112 (Financial Analyst). Will the career and education mismatch be an issue for me at any point? I have reference letter already for both employment.

It won't be an issue. A lot of people have trouble finding jobs in fields they're educated in. I don't remember that it was mentioned in IRCC website that it has to be related.
Hello everyone,
I'd one doubt regarding job reference letter. I read on few threads here that in case the employer is not issuing the letter in correct format or not issuing anything at all, we could obtain a notarized letter from a colleague who can provide his/her visiting card for authentication.
Could anyone confirm if this could be from a colleague or do we need this from the manager/supervisor in specific?
No, you're scaring me.... lol....I have 449 point, but there is possibility to burn $400 to get +8 point with spouse Celpip.
Your draft prediction says 446 (then -3/+3 as usually)...so that being said Should I take the Celpip and get extra 8 point to guarantee and/or maximize my chances?

In my opinion for the December 20 draw please keep in mind that the last 3 Ielts results came on 10, 15 and 24 nov (test dates were 28 oct, 2 & 11 Nov). I know there was a draw on 15 November but in some countries like I am in South Africa physical reports can only be picked on mon and Thursday for 2 hours so many people must have not been able to update their profile before 15 Nov draw. That basically resulted in a sharp rise in people over 450 range as there were applicants using those results for 3 ielts tests and resulted in CRS of 452. Now for the 20 dec draw we only have one ielts result that would come on 15 dec for dec 2 test. So the odds are CRS can be in the low 440 range like 441 or 442. Just my analysis may be I am wrong.
By the way I am at 446 so hoping to get an ITA so trying to be positive

You do not need hard copy of your language test in your hand to update your points. All you need is a correct nr. of certificate and the score you have reached. I think you can get that one per email in advance. And once you get ITA, you have the time to collect the hard copy.
Additionally there are tests held all over the world. So people with higher CRS will be added every day. And also some are waiting for the ECA instead and these are released every day.
Hey buddy you're going to have this feeling for a while. First you feel like you're competing for ITA, then PPR. And when you land, you'll feel like you're competing for a job with other applicants. Its normal. This feeling probably won't dissolve till you feel you have settled down comfortably. My advice is to trust that you are doing everything right and trust the system.
Hey Hi, yes, sense and feel competition is not that bad, however, that long long long never-ending waiting is just unbearably torturous May we get tranquillity soon..........

Bro, u r definitely scaring people like me who are waiting at the mid 430 by being thoughtful with 449 CRS haha, if you sustains at 449 for the next 1/2 month, I can bet that you will have your ITA. Yes I can bet 1 million bucks, though I am not sure whether I have that much.
Anyway man, pls pray for low CRS scorers like us, we really need more prayers as there is no other way of getting our points increased by some other way
