Applied GCMS
It states Criminality passed
Eligibility states - Recommended for waiver, Satisfactory evidence of marriage provided. File forwarded to officer for further review and decision.

However my cic account shows we need additional docs from past 1 month. Any idea of whats going on?

new Delhi asked me to send schedule A after waiting this longI send it SA on nov29.Anyone knows how long do i have to wait to get email from them saying everything is good? I got approbed on February 2017.

You are good.. next step is review by a second officer before they mark eligibility to Passed...... i heard waiver means officer recommended that no interview needed as relationship looks genuine...

Not allways they acknowledge the docs recieved by them.. anyways you can drop them email inquiry to make sure nothing is pending from your side...

Not Years for sure ... god knows many are hanging on from a long time... with no idea what NDVO is doing...

After contacting my MP and waiting for 2 weeks; I got the most useless generic reply, I got more info from GCKEY.

My notes are also late, they were due on December 8.

Anyways Congratulations to those who got DM! Looks like more waiting is in store myself and many others.

MP’s can’t speed up the process; I only asked to inquire about the status and see if they know what’s going on at NDVO; they did mention NDVO had a restructuring of roles; so maybe that partially explains the delay. I’m not expecting anything in December; it’s already half over. Hopefully January will be our month.

Also I did a CSE to NDVO and they said my file was in final review, this was a month ago; so don’t even know what the actual status of my application is.

restructure of roles? what does that even mean... why is it supposed to affect you or anyone one of us. ridiculous- this wait time really would not matter if things happened in chronological order.. but they are just ridiculous to say the least. Last year during this time early May applicants started to have their background in process... but this year no such hopes. I hope you get DM very soon.
