I just called FBI.
Finally, they are done with Sep 5 applications and they are processing Sep 6 applications now.

oh my goodness, Im September 7 applicant. 2 weeks ago I had to send them new credit card info (as previous one was cancelled by the bank), now I'm really worried if they will substitute my card information. Anyone had this experience?

Did you email your new credit card details to FBI? Did they acknowledge the receipt of your new card details?

Our fbi reports were sent out on 4th December Monday and we are still waiting..our place is Seattle..

Hi guys, our fbi pccs were mailed out from FBI on 4th December to Seattle .. we are still waiting for our reports.. any idea how many days it could take for it to reach Seattle?

Also, apart from checking your mail box, keep checking with your leasing office as well. Because the document is confidential, they might give it to leasing office too. All the best

I emailed them 2 times and they are sending me generic e-mail saying that if I'm updating something small it will take 4-6 weeks and if I'm updating original package, it will be substituted once opened. Do you think it's reliable?
