Does adding spouse into the file after AOR effects the processing time? I submitted my application on june 13 and most of june 13 applicants already got DM, any help would be appreciated.

Hi, i am June 3rd 2016 Applicant with Dependents, MD request on June 7th and Medicals were done within 2 weeks.. Couple of weeks ago i received an email from Sydney that it's a final reminder for the Medical tests? I emailed them through case specific inquiry that medicals were done in June aland i sent them the Dr's name and address. They emailed back and verified that medicals were received but file not updated since then..
Do you think this will delay my file now?
