Does any 2nd Marriage case PA OR Sponsor got interview call? if yes can you please share OR if seniors knows if interviewer asking questions or details about PA OR Sponsor first marriage? What kind of questions interviewer asking?
Looks like my case will be more challenging & full of red flags
My Spouse(Sponsor) is a foreign National
we do not belong to same culture
i am 5 years elder to her
we met in Saudi Arabia during Umrah, while i am working in Saudi Arabia as Engineer
After one year of communication we got married in Pakistan in Feb 2017.
we applied in July 2017 for PR
I applied for TRV to meet her in Canada which was refused so we met one more time in another country for a month in October 2017
but i dont want her to be interviewed because even she know everything, she gets nervous when talking to other people,
the only time she can do interview when i am with her.
Anyone tell how long it takes application to process in lvo.

Just wanted to mention that if you apply for visit visa and it gets rejected, it can be a potential red flag. There is a question in one of the forms which asks you if you've ever been denied entry and you'd have to check yes and provide an explanation.
We had this issue and we were called for an interview. There may have been other reasons for interview too though, but just be aware of the risks.
You were called for an interview... But after that did you easily get your spouse visa? What reasons are you denied a visit visa? I'm asking so as to be cautious about that part in my visit visa interview.
Theres a difference between denied entry and denied a visa. You are right though if this girl applies for a trv as a single person, gets refused and then gets married to a Canadian Citizen, it will be considered as a red flag for her PR app. She wont be refused a PR but the immigration officer will consider whether she got married a Canadian citizen only to get entry into Canada since her trv application was refused.
I am actually planning to apply for a visit visa with my mother or my friend (who is in the same situation as i am). Because as far as i know a single person applying for a visit visa doesn't have much chances of acceptance.

It doesnt matter , if you can defend your actions then no need to worry.
Red flag doesnt mean that thet rejecting your application. It means they want ti know why this thing happen.
Just answer them and you will get through. The people who are looking at cases are following standard peocedures. They are having grudges and personal matters with people.
If theu want to maek.something red flag let them do it and you answer to them.

Foreign National means Canadian Citizen.?
What do you mean by same culture ? as long as you both are Muslims shouldn't be an issue?
Normally interview is for Principal Applicant so if there is an interview (God Forbid) then it will be yours not hers as she is the Sponsor.

Not all but some applicants from such cases are called for interview. Check from the spreadsheet and contact those members via personal message to ask for questions.

So this is what happened. My wife (the applicant) applied for a visit visa back in 2014 to visit friends here. She was denied because they didn't believe she had strong enough ties to Pakistan. Even though she was enrolled in uni and all her family was in Pakistan. She wasn't interviewed or anything just straight up refusal. BTW this was before we had met so there was no wedding plans or anything, just a visit. Your case may be different (I don't really know much about visit visa process).
We had to mention this during our spousal visa application. She was called for an interview probably mainly for this reason (that's all we saw in the notes). Interview went great and we got the visa approval in one week after the interview.
So yeah, I don't think the interview is a big problem if the rest of your case is strong, it just delays your process by a few months while you're waiting in the interview queue. If you're lucky you may not even get called for the interview. And if you're really lucky you may get the visit visa

Hi, As you stated, based on your case there are good chances that you will be call for interview. If that happens, then best thing is to appear for interview with your wife.
