File - 21st April 2016
MD- Aug - 2017
DM- Dec 2nd
PPR- Dec 8th

But not get any attachment on email, its just flat email to fill up , Nothing on My cic account , Is this normal ??

Don’t worry Same here No attachments just annex a form at the very bottom of the email i think print email and fill up last page and send with passport in envelopes

Its kind of awkward, the Annex A is not an attachment, and when you print it, the form was divided into 2 pages.

Yeah i was trying to print same thing happening top part is cropping off .... maybe will work on computer in print preview try set side margins to narrow in ur print preview...

Anyone who is trying to print annex a form , here is tip ..in your gmail , just select the whole form by dragging the mouse , then press right click and print .. u will have nice and 1full page form

Need help here.My dependent is in USA. i got ppr last night, But in PPR just receive only one annex for my self only nothing for my dependent. What should we do?? Is annex come separate for each applicant?? no update on my cic account either.

Please reply if any one facing same issue or have any idea.
