Renew Visa-after I sent the passport, how long will send it back?

Hi, I got the original request on Oct 20, and the CIC received my mail with passport on Nov 2. Moreover, they sent the email said final decision made last Wed. Normally, how long will they send back my passport? I am going home on Dec 9. so it is so urgent for me T.T

I check the mailing status more than 5 times a day and no update T_T cry

Hi. Same issue here. Ottawa received my passport 14th November and was approved early this morning. I am wondering how long will it take for them to send it back to me as i am leaving on the 12th of December. I am so worried. I feel like i might have to cancel my flight in case i dont get it friday next week.

Same here cpp ottawa received my passport on 21th november and i have flight on 9th december.. I'm so worried.

They do answer the calls but usually 45-60 min of hold time.

I applied October 19th
Passport Request Nov 5
Ottawa received on Nov 14
Approved Nov 30

I don’t know when are they going to send my passport back. Looks like it is taking them around 8-10 days to send it. I am so worried, i am leaving on the 12th.

My application got approved today. Did you received your passport.. because my passport is not in transit yet i don't know my flight is on this saturday.. i don't know when they post it...

Hi! Yes, I called them if they have received my passport and ask if they could return it as soon as possible because I have a trip. I emailed with also and attached my travel tickets.

I applied on Nov 10, and my Passport requested on Nov 23, and the passport was received on Nov 24. I also email them my flight information. But my status doesn't change right now. Oh, my god. My flight on Dec 23. I'm worried.
