I have a question regarding mother's name mismatch. My mother's name is mentioned without surname on my passport as well as on my birth certificate. While she uses her surname everywhere in her documents. So her passport (she is going to apply for paaaport this week) will have her given name plus her surname. Can anyone suggest if that would create any issue for visa? What are the options and what can we do from our end to avoid any issues. Thanks
I have received an email from CIC after SA and it says that my parents file has been sent to Singapore Visa Office for further processing.
“You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in Singapore for further processing."
I wanted to know why their medical and police clearance was not asked? Does any one of you know that if they will ask for it later or what is the next step.
Thanks in advance
I've seen it on IRCC profile page after the application has been linked (not ECAS), it's normal and requires no action as long as there're no pending message in your profile.
