Anyone has the idea how long it takes LVO to reply the emails? I am in a strange case that there is 'decision made' status on our account with saying "We sent correspondence on Nov. 16th" but we have not revived any correspondence. I have sent emails to LVO around 10 days ago and 2 times submitted my query through web forms but no reply from any side. Yesterday visited my MP and her secretary said she will get back to me? How long it takes MPs to get the info? I am afraid that there has been some cases when some applications were rejected because they did not reply in time, any help please?
Follow up with MP everyday otherwise they take 10 biz days to reply, sometimes they reply the following day as well. Tell them its urgent.

Yes, I can explain briefly.
I started the visa application from Cic myaccount page.
They ask different questions and create a customized checklist.
I filled all forms and supporting documents.
I attached each one in proper section online.
Finally, it directed me to pay the fee.
I paid the fee and did my electronic signature.
Visa fee was 100$ and Biometrics was 85$.
After an hour I received confirmation of application and letter requesting biometrics. Got everything done next day.
Then complete silence for a week and received approval today

We got the letter before any decision made or PPR. I got remedical request and next day received the pre-arrival services letter.
Admin plz update. I submitted passport for TRV stamping today. Our myaccount Status also changed for the re-medical today. It states "You passed the medical exam"

So about the employment letter - my husband has his own business so what should he provide in that case?
That's even better sis. My guess - You can provide the following if there is no employment letter:
- his business name and his position in the company
- any trade license if he has,
- Income tax info
- If he rents or owns the land where business location is then provide the lease/rental/ownership papers
- business card/Company letter head
- Business Bank account details showing profit and loss
- Employees details and employee labor contracts
- Any agreement with his clients that would show him binding in a contract
- bank statements showing trasaction in and out of account, like salaries paid to labor and investments/bills paid
- An affidavit confirming monthly and yearly sales targets and how his absence could depreciate the value of work.
- He can also have a letter of support or No objection letter from his investors on the company letter head with company's stamp

15 Nov med, 16 Nov Pre-arrival letter, BGC started and medical passed. Don't know now how long would it take to finalize our application.
