Yes, after days of trying, I finally got the application linked.
FYI- My husband was not a co-signer, I entered 3 as number of applicants and it went through.

The requirements for 2018 might be the same (2014-2016) depending on when the process is announced but no one knows yet. IRCC might include 2017 if there's enough time to receive NOA for this year.

2nd round progress-

My ecas status start reflecting today showing submission date Sep 26, 2017. I have few questions-

1. Actually in my application I put home address - India and I put mailing address and representative address(sponsor address) - Canada. On ecas, it is showing address - India. Is is right for everyone?

2. Can I link my application now?

3. Who can legally link application? Applicant or sponsor cum representative?

4 When will I get AOR?

5 I didn't receive any email yet. In how many days will I get email?
